What is an assessment?

As an athlete having the best possible posture and every muscle working correctly in the body is paramount to building strength and achieving your full potential in your chosen sport.

Without a strong foundation and good body alignment, it is only a matter of time before injury hits and you are out of the game sitting on the side-line watching your competition excel past you in their training.

Why you need an assessment

Before you engage in any sort of weight training it’s important to identify how your body is currently functioning and any weaknesses that might inhibit you from getting the best out of your sports specific strength training.
